SEASON 2010/11 - REGISTRATION PACK - (please read)
Dear Parents/Players
Due to the volume of administration involved when registering over 200 players we have sought to simplify the process by introducing a 'Registration Pack' which we believe covers all aspects of registration. A lot of hard work and effort has gone into the new registration process so we would be extremely grateful of your co-operation when completing the same.
By way of explanation, in order to fully register your child as a player the parent/guardian will need to complete a 'Registration Pack'. Any current players will receive this directly from the Manager for the appropriate age group. Any new players can download this from the 'Registration Pack' link (located on the left side of the page under the miscellaneous section).
The covering letter of the pack explains what information is required and gives contact details should further information be needed.
The covering letter will also direct the parent/guardian to read certain information provided on the web-site. (This information can be found by following the 'Registration Pack' link). The parent/guardian/player will then be required to endorse their consent to say that they have read the information provided.
The parent/guardian will also be required to complete a Standing Order Mandate in relation to the collection of Training Subs please refer to the relevant section for an explanation as to why the collection process has been changed).
PLEASE NOTE - your child will only be registered as a player with the club when the mandate has been submitted (by you) to your nominated bank/building society. Exceptions do apply, but these will be in the minority of cases and by agreement of the Club Treasurer or Club Secretary only.
As a club, we want to keep you all informed and we hope that the pack provides enough information to do this. Any feed-back that you have will be gratefully received.
We thank you for registering your child with Charnock Richard Junior Football Club and we hope that your child enjoys their football with us.
